Description
Classic method sparkling rosé without dosage from the Alta Langa region of Piedmont, 12% ABV, produced by Elem. 100% Pinot Noir, 2017 vintage, 0.75L bottle. An Alta Langa Rosé Special Edition born from the creativity of Eleonora Martini, a tribute to the excellence of the Piedmont region. The grapes, harvested after a brief cold maceration on the skins, are softly pressed. The must ferments at low temperatures in stainless steel. At the end of fermentation, the resulting wine is bottled and a sugar syrup is added for its second fermentation in the bottle. After a minimum of 30 months, the bottles are placed in pupitres (raising racks) to be ready for disgorgement. Intense and enveloping with hints of red currant and rosehip. Fine and very persistent perlage. Deep and elegant with good minerality.
