Description
Still white wine from the Terre Siciliane IGT, produced by Eduardo Torres Acosta, 11.5% ABV. A Carricante born from the passion of a winemaker who has chosen to showcase the Sicilian terroir. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by herbaceous notes and mineral nuances that speak of the power of Mount Etna. Straw yellow. On the palate, the wine is fresh, savory, and vibrant, an invitation to discover the purity of Carricante.

Pairings
In 2012, he participated in the grape harvest at Arianna Occhipinti's, and a year later he worked as an oenologist at the Passopisciaro winery, attracted by the volcanic territory. In 2014, he began his work to restore the leased vineyards on Etna's northern slope. In the same year he bottled his first vintage.
Today we work 4.7 ha divided into 9 vineyards at different heights and districts. We continue to recover old vineyards that are 90% cultivated with the traditional alberello system. Today the company believes in the importance of continuous comparison and sharing with other producers, in the knowledge of other territories and other varieties.
