A still red wine from Sicily, 13.5% ABV, produced by Duca di Salaparuta. 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle, 2019 vintage. A Pinot Noir from the Vajasindi estate on the slopes of Mount Etna, where the climate and volcanic soil create ideal conditions for this grape variety. Aged for approximately 15 months in fine-grained French oak barriques. Complex and intense, with notes of small red fruits and elegant spicy and vanilla notes. Ruby red with light garnet reflections. Warm and velvety, with good acidity and structure, and evident yet gentle tannins.
