Description
Still rosé, 13.5% ABV, produced by Domaine Castan in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. Blend: 70% Syrah, 30% Grenache. 0.75L bottle, 2019 vintage. A rosé born from the passion of a fourth-generation family of independent winemakers who farm their vineyards organically. The red clay-limestone soil gives the wine a distinctive minerality. Direct pressing and aging in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The nose is delicate with hints of berries, accompanied by notes of vanilla that recall the wine's freshness. Delicate reflections of rose petals invite further tasting. On the palate, the wine is soft, rounded, and elegant, perfect for accompanying your special moments.
