Meursault AOC still white wine, produced by Domaine Vincent Bouzereau in Burgundy, France, 100% Chardonnay, 2023 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance and sophistication of Burgundy Chardonnay. The grapes are pressed, then racked into temperature-controlled tanks for 24 hours. No artificial yeasts are added, only indigenous yeasts to preserve the typical characteristics of the terroir and the vintage. Fermentation in barrels at the natural cellar temperature. Aged for 15-18 months on the lees. Dry, rounded, and delicate on the nose, with aromas of white flowers that combine with those of fresh butter and dried fruit in a fascinating blend. Broad and long on the palate, with mineral notes.
