"I bought the Diesel Farm in the 1994; it was for my father, really, although he is no longer alive to enjoy it. We produce wine on the farm – and olive oil also now. Each vine only produces around two or three brunches of grapes, from which we make 300 bottles of pure genius".

Harvest Grapes are hand-picked into perforated crates in September.
Wine making Grapes are sorted and soft pressed in two turns. Maceration: cold soaking with the “ripasso” technique. Fermentation: controlled temperature, selected indigenous yeasts, racked into acacia and oak kegs, batonnage.
