Description
Produced exclusively with Pinot Noir from Bouzy, this powerful and expressive wine captures the spirit of its Terroir. Rich and generous, Aura de Marius benefits from structure and salinity as well as fruity and spicy notes. Sourced from a select vineyard, the grapes are cultivated without the use of herbicide.The first fermentation is accomplished with naturally occurring yeasts present in the grapes. Produced without malolactic fermentation, this wine imparts extensive length with an elegant finish while providing exceptional cellar ageing potential.
