A Barolo made in the municipality of Grinzane Cavour, in the Raviole subzone, where Nebbiolo expresses all its elegance and complexity. Temperature-controlled fermentation for 20 days. Ample with floral and fruity aromas including violets, notes of cherries, and wild strawberries. Ruby red color tending toward garnet. Harmonious on the palate, balanced with a full and smooth flavor; it stands out for its fresh acidity and fine, precise tannins.
