Still white Vermentino di Sardegna DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Contini. 100% Vermentino, 2024 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A Vermentino born in the lands of Ossidiana, Monte Arci, with a history dating back to 1898. Pressing, fermentation with maceration of the skins for up to 7 days, soft pressing. Aged for several months in steel tanks and bottle. Opens with a range of floral and yellow berry aromas, with hints of iodine in a delicate finish. Bright straw yellow. Good finish, fresh and decisive on the palate, finishing with a light almond note.
