A wine born from a passion for the native grape varieties of Alto Piemonte, with a vinification process that enhances its freshness and drinkability. Vineyard selection. Destemming and crushing. Classic fermentation without temperature control, with pumping over and delestage. Malolactic fermentation. Aged for 1 year in stainless steel tanks.
