A wine that embodies the philosophy of a winery that blends tradition and modernity, with 25 hectares of entirely organically farmed vineyards. 33% Cabernet Franc, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot. Aged for approximately 24 months in large barrels and previously used tonneaux. Enveloping, spicy, with hints of toasted wood, warm. On the palate, it is flavorful, with hints of black pepper and dried fruit (apricot), very balanced, yet very full-bodied and long.
