Description
Extra brut classic method Champagne, produced in the Champagne region of France, 12.5% ABV, by Coessens Champagne. 0.75 L bottle, 2018 vintage. A Blanc de Noirs that expresses the unique character of the Ville-sur-Arce terroir, with a pronounced minerality due to the high limestone content of the soil. The wine only touches stainless steel, sits on the fine lees (Burgundian style), and is dosed very lightly. Malolactic fermentation is complete. Very fine and persistent perlage. Rich on the palate, refreshing with pronounced minerality and a long finish.
