Description
Champagne Brut Nature Largillier, classic method pas dosé, produced by Coessens Champagne. 100% Pinot Noir. A Blanc de Noirs that expresses the terroir of Ville-sur-Arce. Complete malolactic fermentation and maturation on the lees. The mineral character is accentuated by the limestone soil. Awarded 92 points by James Suckling and 94 by Robert Parker. Excellent as an aperitif, with roast poultry, and soft-ripened cheeses.
