Description
Still organic rosé from Provence, 13% ABV, produced by Chateau Henri Bonnaud. Blend: 40% Grenache, 40% Mourvedre, 20% Callet. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A rosé born from the passion of a family of farmers, with a history rooted in the heart of Provence. The wine is produced by static discharge of red wine vats. 80% of the volume matures in steel tanks and the remainder in barriques for 8 months. Intense with hints of melon and white peach. Floral aromas, with exotic fruits (pineapple, mango, and lychee) on the second inhale. Clear pale pink color. Fresh, with a pleasant, pseudo-caloric sensation that provides the perfect balance.

In 2004, he makes his first vintage. And in memory of his grandfather, who passed away in 2001, he decides to baptize it: Château Henri Bonnaud. Read more
