Well-structured with excellent minerality and aromas of tropical fruits and, after some ageing, floral elements. Even though it is designed to be a fresh wine when young, it has good aging potential.

In Castiglione Falletto producers are the owners of 5 generations and, in 1948, along with his grandfather James, the father Joseph and uncle Marcello, Olivio and Gildo brothers were the first to leave the market area of grape and other agricultural products to concentrate solely on the specialized cultivation of the vine, made wine of their grapes and marketing of wine produced. Excellent as an aperitif, with light or medium rich plates in general. Also good with white meat, raw meats (like tartare or carpaccio) and fatty cuts such as salt pork. Excellent with seafood in general and shellfish grilled or raw. Also pairs well with fresh cheeses.
