A young Piedmontese company born from the purchase of the historic Bricco Asinari winery by Borgogno and Brandini. Cascina Valle Asinari is located in San Marzano Oliveto, in the province of Asti, in the famous Nizza Docg appellation, and has 15 hectares of vineyards cultivated mainly with Barbera and Nebbiolo, all organically grown. The two entrepreneurs wanted to breathe new life into this winery with the philosophy of bringing wine back to its central role through innovative packaging that would create interest once it was on the table. All of the estate's wines have proved to be intense and complex, with great richness of flavour, ready to be drunk immediately or to be forgotten in the cellar for a few years. Read more
