Description
The spirit of wild plums from the Capovilla distillery is an example of the mastery and passion that has always driven the distiller Vittorio Capovilla. The fruits are harvested from areas of Treviso and Trentino. To preserve the quality of the raw material, the processing takes place within a few hours of harvesting. No alcohol or sugar is added for distillation. The ability to work on the parameters of production makes it possible to obtain a distillate that preserves many of the aromas of the raw material. Capovilla's plum distillate is a fragrant, pleasant product with a good alcoholic note.

Numerous trips abroad, particularly Switzerland,
Germany and Austria, allowed me to discover the world of distillation which, unlike what was happening in Italy, laid the foundation for a completely different culture.
At that time in our country all had the ambition to distill "something" in the house without having the compenses to do so.
The passion for the world of distillates was born by accident in '74, the year I started to deal with machinery for oenology.
