Description
Extra Brut Classic Method sparkling wine from Veneto, 12.5% ABV, produced by Cantina Montecchia di Crosara (Cantina di Soave). 100% Durella, 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. A classic method born from the passion of winemakers who have been enhancing their production since 1958. Aged in stainless steel until tirage, secondary fermentation in the bottle, and aged on the lees for 36 months. On the nose, vegetal notes of lemon balm and sage blend harmoniously with tantalizing fruity sensations of lime and bergamot. Fine and persistent perlage. On the palate, it is fresh, soft, and creamy, with an interesting minerality and a pleasantly lingering finish.
