Description
Champagne Grand Cru Brut, 12% ABV, produced by Camille Saves. 0.75 L bottle, 2018 vintage. A Grand Cru that embodies the excellence of Champagne, with a history dating back to 1894. The grapes are hand-selected on the vine to achieve optimal ripeness before being gently pressed. The must is cold-clarified before undergoing a first thermoregulated fermentation at 18°C without malolactic fermentation. Aged at a constant natural temperature of 10°C in chalk cellars. Bottled on the lees for a minimum of 6-7 years before disgorgement. Rich aromas of honey, fruity notes, buttery notes, and spicy notes blend into a fine perlage. The well-structured palate is characterized by red fruits and the finish is very long.
