Description
The 'Lugana Molin' comes from the vineyard next to the estate, a vineyard with a peculiar character due to the mainly clayey soil rich in mineral salts and to the high presence of very old vines, from which the grapes destined for this specific wine comes. The manual harvesting of the bunches of grapes, the cooling of part of them in the cellars before the soft pressing, the careful vinification in steel and the prolonged refinement of the fine lees, plus a small part fermented and matured in wood (small and not first-passage) make it possible to obtain a Lugana that alongside freshness, flavour and elegance offers aromatic richness and taste concentration.
