Description
Still red wine from Veneto, 13.5% ABV, 100% Pinot Noir, produced by Buvoli - L'Opificio del Pinot Noir. 0.75 L bottle, 2018 vintage. A Pinot Noir that expresses the excellence of the Veneto region, aged for 15 months in barrique and 40 months in bottle. The nose unfolds with intriguing aromas of morello cherry, blackcurrant, blood orange, dried violet, eucalyptus, incense, cinnamon, star anise, and allspice. Bright ruby color with a transparent garnet rim. Meaty and flavorful on the palate, with a soft body, crisp, fresh-savory verve, and ripe tannins. Awarded 4 stars by the Guide of the Italian Sommelier Foundation (FIS) and the Guide of the Italian Sommelier Association (AIS).
