Description
A still red from Mendoza, Argentina, produced by Bodega Buscado Vivo o Muerto. A blend of Cabernet Franc and Malbec, 2016 vintage, 0.75L bottle. This wine stems from a desire to produce unconventional wines, exploring marginal terroirs and unique grape varieties. Micro-fermented in plastic crates from the harvest, then racked into small concrete vats with natural yeasts. Aged for 12 months in French oak (17% new). On the nose, aromas of red fruit are revealed, accompanied by spicy notes that evoke the land from which it comes. On the palate, the wine is balanced and elegant, an invitation to discover the authenticity of a terroir.
