Extra brut sparkling wine from Veneto, produced by Bortolomiol. A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, 2023 vintage. A Charmat method that expresses the refinement and elegance of the terroir. The Bortolomiol family, led entirely by women, has preserved tradition while looking to the future with passion. Fine and persistent perlage. Subtle, refined, fragrant, and aromatic on the nose. Straw yellow in color. Very dry, savory, and harmonious on the palate, an invitation to toast in style.
