Description
Brut Champagne made using the classic method, produced by Bollinger. 100% Pinot Noir. A grand champagne that expresses the power and refinement of the Bollinger style, with a history dating back to 1829. The nose opens with hints of fresh citrus and lemon, followed by aromas of white stone fruit, peach, and quince. The finish is enhanced by subtle mineral and stony notes. Golden yellow in color with golden highlights. Notes of red currant and a subtle freshness are initially perceived. This is followed by a splendid richness, depth, and vinosity, with delicate hints of cooked fruit adding further complexity, all wrapped up in a long and pleasant finish. Ideal for celebrations, special events, or as a luxurious gift, it pairs well with seafood, fish, white meats, and cheeses.
