AOC Champagne, classic method pas dosé, produced by Bolieu in the Champagne region, 12.5% ABV, 100% Chardonnay, 2008 vintage. A Blanc de Blancs that embodies the elegance and sophistication of Champagne, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, hints of lemon are complemented by notes of licorice and almond. Straw yellow. On the palate, the wine is fresh and mineral, complemented by fruity aromas. A unique sensory experience, ideal for celebrating special moments.
