Description

This Barbaresco D.O.C.G. Pajorè, grows in the Nebbiolo vineyards situated in the towns of Treiso. This MGA justly enjoys a solid renown thanks to the cult wines of Giovanni Moresco (today almost impossible to find) who was the first to make a single-vineyard wine in 1967.

We are in Verduno, on the hills of Barolo, a natural treasure nested between Alba and La Morra, a luminous amphitheatre where the King of wines "Barolo" finds some of its finest and most delicate expressions. In our vineyards we grow the great traditional grape varieties: Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto and Moscato. But we also give voice to rare and precious varieties, our pearls of Langa: Nascetta, Favorita and especially Pelaverga, of which we are the largest producers in Piedmont. In the winery we use passion and experience: our philosophy of winemaking is according to artisan tradition, without forcing. Our goal is to enhance the identity of the grape variety while indulging in our wines’ natural propensity for excellence. Read more
