Description
A still red wine from Tuscany IGT, produced by Banfi, 2023 vintage. A wine that interprets the Governo all'Uso Toscano method, with a second fermentation that adds grapes harvested in October. Aged in stainless steel vats for 4 months. On the nose, the aroma is very intense, characterized by hints of cherry, berry jam, and floral notes. Deep ruby red color. On the palate, the softness of the structure is supported by barely perceptible tannins and a final acidity that makes this wine balanced and suitable for any occasion. A savory finish with a unique fruity persistence. Serve at 14-16°C.
