Description
Still white wine from Tuscany IGT, 12% ABV, produced by Banfi. Blend of Chardonnay and Vermentino, 2024 vintage. A wine that combines the structure of Chardonnay with the freshness of Vermentino, creating a perfect balance between complexity and drinkability. Founded in 1978 by the vision of Italian-American brothers John and Harry Mariani, Banfi embodies a blend of passion for winemaking and technological innovation. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (13-16°C) in stainless steel vats. Aged in stainless steel vats on the lees for approximately 2 months. Fruity aromas stand out on the nose: hints of white fruit and citrus are perfectly balanced with floral notes. Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. Fresh and full-bodied on the palate, with a long, savory finish. Ideal with fish, seafood, salads, and vegetarian dishes.
