Description
Champagne Brut Nature, a classic method pas dosé, produced by Ayala in the Champagne region of France. A wine born from a long and prestigious history, founded in 1860. Blend: 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier. Aged for 4 years on the fine lees. Its finesse unfolds with great precision around citrus and saline notes. Bright gold with silver highlights. Clean and complex at the same time, it is characterized by purity and tension; it reveals mineral notes with hints of grapefruit and white fruits. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs splendidly with fish and seafood dishes.
