Description

n the area that hosts the vineyards from which this wine is made, once stood a medieval village, Nuracada. Here we recover and cultivate an ancient native Sardinian vine, the Bovale, and this wine is a very high and pure expression of it. It has a flavor of history and centuries, a hint of the peoples who have passed through here, with notes of passion, will and respect.

From this winery
  • Start up year: 2014
  • Oenologist: Vincenzo Mercurio e Davide Aledda
  • Bottles produced: 280.000
  • Hectares: 40
37 hectares divided in 4 different vineyards: Acquasassa, Is Crabilis, Su stani Saliu and finally Audarya, the body that gives the name to the company and that in an ancient oriental language means "nobility of soul".

Today it is Enrico Pala who supervises the work of the younger Salvatore and Nicoletta, representatives of the third generation of winegrowers of the family.

And it is also thanks to this generational continuity that the area of the village of Serdiana has become over time not only the place of production intended for family consumption, but a test field devoted to a qualitative research supported by a deep link with the territory .

And the glass does not lie: the leap in quality compared to the past year is tangible in the entire production; the wines become representatives of an elegance that is never opulent, but enchanting and well calibrated.
