A wine that celebrates the Champagne tradition, with a blend of grape varieties that reflects the producer's philosophy: rigor, respect for tradition, originality, and creativity. Fine perlage. Floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of yeast. Straw yellow. On the palate, the wine is fresh, pleasant, and savory, with a persistence that invites another sip.
