Description
Prosecco Rosé DOC extra dry, Charmat method, 11% ABV, produced by Astoria in Veneto, 2024 vintage. A sparkling rosé that combines the freshness of Prosecco with the delicacy of Pinot Noir and Glera. Led by Paolo and Filippo Polegato, Astoria Wines is among the finest representatives of the art of Prosecco. A persistent bouquet, accompanied by fruity notes of apricot, peach, and currant. A delicate pink in the glass, it is fresh on the palate, well-structured, dry, and balanced. Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes.
