Still red from Valtellina Superiore DOCG, 13.5% ABV, 100% Nebbiolo. Produced by Ar.Pe.Pe, a family of winemakers since 1860. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine born from a passion for Nebbiolo and dedication to a unique terroir, Valtellina, where everything is still handmade. Maceration for 71 days in 50 hl wooden vats. Aged for 12 months in 50 hl vats and barrels, steel, and bottle. The right amount of time dictates the rhythm of Ar.Pe.Pe's choices, for a wine that is the purest and most sincere expression of the land. An olfactory impact reminiscent of Valtellina, with hints of red fruit.
