Description
Classic method brut Champagne from the Champagne region of France, produced by Alexandre Filaine. Blend: 45% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Meunier. 0.75L bottle. A small producer, but one of exceptional quality, born from the passion of Fabrice Gass. Fresh, taut, bright, and energetic nose, with just the right amount of oxidation. It has notes of red fruit, citrus, buttery richness, fine minerality, and a hint of wood that never becomes boisé. Pale straw yellow. Crisp on the palate, blending ripe fruit, citrus, and refreshing, vibrant acidity. Salty and very fresh finish.
