Description
Trento DOC Brut Classic Method Sparkling Wine, 12.5% ABV, produced by Abate Nero in Trentino Alto Adige, 2019 vintage. 100% Pinot Noir. Second fermentation and maturation on selected lees for at least 60 months. A tribute to the French Champagne tradition. Extremely fine and persistent perlage. A fine and elegant fruitiness of white peach and small red berries accompanied by delicate hints of fresh mountain herbs and minerality. Bright straw yellow color. A "vertical" wine in which the tactile sensations of savory and freshness initially dominate, gradually giving way, in perfect harmony, to persistent fruity fragrances. Ideal with fish dishes and cheeses.

Patience is at home here, the wine rests on the lees for frothing much longer than usual. Don't be surprised, therefore, if you find dates on the label that date back a few decades. Every stage is manual, for direct control of every single bottle: only in this way does Abate Nero achieve its charm. Read more
