The Maison is led by Frèderic and Evelyne Petit-Camusat, husband and wife, who for a pastime produce a single cuvée in about ten thousand bottles per year, in a tiny Aube village.
A small oenological grape, a Champagne produced exclusively by Pinot Blanc grapes, the seventh of the AOC specification (Pinot maunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Fromenteau and Pinot Blanc). The Pinot Nero cultivated grapes are wholly sold.
