When Vincenzo decided to come back to Linguaglossa from the USA, more than a century ago, he had no doubts: his future would have been strongly connected to Mount Etna. And just like that, with the fortune built overseas, he decided to invest in the purchasing of land to grow his own farming business.
Today Neri Agricola develops on more than 9 hectares of land, among 5 are vineyards and 4 are destined to olive groves. This land is divided between the contrada Arrigo and Borrigliona, at an altitude of 600 meters above the sea level, on a terrain that has complex features, thanks to the volcanic soil and an important mineral component.
The Neri family, now arrived at its 4th generation, has kept faith to the great-grandfather’s project, transmitting across generations the love for these volcanic lands, black and fertile, but also in the methodology used for the farming.
