As a winegrower in my thirties, I have learnt from my family and on the job through exchanges, books and trials to encourage biodiversity and produce healthy champagnes without inputs.

An efficient team accompanies me: Jérôme who also works in the vineyard and Lilian who is doing a BTS (vocational training certificate) in alternation, learning the trade in the most natural way.
