Domaine Richard Rottiers

I created this wine estate in 2007 by taking over the exploitation of 3 ha of vines aged between 40 and 80 years old, vinifying wines representative of this unique terroir of Moulin à Vent.

Today I am in charge of 5 ha and I started the transformation of the vineyard into organic in 2012.

My installation in Romanèche-thorins is the fruit of a meeting with my partner Corinne and the discovery of a terroir whose history, evolution and potential fascinate me.

Before that, different experiences in winemaking and vine growing allowed me to acquire the necessary knowledge to produce quality wine: Chablis, Gaillac, South Africa, New Zealand, Luberon, Brouilly are the regions and countries I travelled through to train myself.
