Among rows of cypress trees of true Tuscan nature and wild landscapes as only the Grosseto Maremma can draw, projected towards the sea in a continuum of incredibly austere beauty, stands Scansano, cradle of about two decades of one of the most significant revolutions of Tuscan wine. In this context that overwhelms and captures the visitor, the Terenzi family winery, rightfully counted among the big names of the area, operates at the service of quality wine.

The philosophy behind the project is easy to say and complicated to achieve, if you are not really driven by the sacred fire of the motivated winemaker: promote the balance of grapes in the plant, adopting conservative prunings, limiting the maximum interventions with plant protection products and abolishing insecticides. If Eugenio Ranchino has a lot to do on the pitch, the consultant of renowned technical skills Giuseppe Caviola will always try to find new and unexplored roads. The result is in the excellent wines offered, with the Madrechiesa Reserve in the fast lane.
