Extra brut Champagne from the heart of the French region, 12% ABV, produced by Régis Poissinet. 100% Pinot Meunier, 2016 vintage. An explosion of aromas that captures the essence of the Champagne terroir. Irizée is adorned with the work of French artist Daniel Castan, who, through the vision of a stream of light, symbolizes the invisible bond between the earth, humanity, and heaven. The nose is highly expressive: notes of citrus, spices, and toasted coffee, slightly woody. The finesse of the dosage expresses all the minerality and salinity of its terroir. On the palate, a symphony of flavors reveals a vivid hue of sparkling gold, lively and elegant. Ideal with fish-based first and second courses.
