The vineyard soils are of a sandy-loam nature, with an abundant presence of skeleton and mineral elements - a generous gift from Etna's volcano - that give the wines unique characteristics.
The choice was made to cultivate only native Etna vines, bred for the most part in the traditional alberello form. A choice derived from the profound conviction that this is what the territory requires. Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio and Carricante are and will be the main protagonists of the Pietradolce story. Read more
