Nino Negri's very famous flagship wine is made from a selection of the best grapes and only from the best vintages. 100% Nebbiolo grapes, picked by hand in the most acclaimed areas of Valtellina Superiore, after natural drying for 3 months, are vinified by the red wine method, with long maceration.
