Complex olfactory panorama characterized by ripe aromas of red fruit jam, blackberry and plum, cherries in spirit, and still vegetal and woody notes, withered violets, hints of cocoa and china, all on a spicy background of black pepper, licorice and tobacco.

The taste is full and soft, with velvety tannins and body very rich in extract. Excellent balance and aromatic persistence. Long in persistence. Withering on racks until January.
