The furnace is a small family business of about 7 HA of which 2 hectares of olive groves and 4.5 HA everyone enrolled in the Brunello di Montalcino; The age of the vines are between 6 years and 38 years, the soils are located in the northeast side of the Montalcino hill at a height of about 400 meters and the soils are composed of sandy shores with the presence of clay. The furnace has this particular name because in 1490, was born as a brick kiln.
The furnace follows the rules of nature for its own products trying to limit as much as possible any external agent and polluting and to respect the natural course of the seasons and the passing of time, for this all important work for the production of wine are made by the expert hands of our family.
