Biodynamic extra brut Champagne, produced by Françoise Bedel in the Champagne region. Non-vintage. Blend: 80% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. An authentic expression of the terroir, using a traditional method that enhances the purity of the grapes and the minerality of the soil. Aged for 4 years on the lees. The initial nose is fresh and reveals citrus aromas, a prelude to a fresh and fruity palate that invites further tasting.

Fernand and Marie-Louise Bedel were the first generation and Françoise Bedel took over part of the estate in 1979. The plots have different subsoils, which allows for blending according to the terroirs and the elaboration of 'terroir' cuvées. The champagnes are the expression of a rigorous method that brings out and enhances the qualities and particularities of the earth, the vines and the fruit. Read more
