Description
The Sassi Chiusi, whose name derives from the characteristic stony soil that unites all the company's vineyards, is what in France would be called the "second vin". The only wine that represents the company in its totality being produced from grapes coming from all three vineyards: Bertinga, Adine and Vertine. The greater simplicity compared to the "big brother", the Bertinga, is the strong point of a wine that lends itself to a wide and heterogeneous range of combinations and occasions for drinking.
