Description
A semi-aromatic still white from Moselle-Saar-Ruwer, Germany, 7.5% ABV, produced by Willi Schaefer. Vintage 2024. A Kabinett Riesling born from the dedication of Willi and Christoph Schaefer, who cultivate with an approach that fosters intimate harmony. Fermentation in 1,000-liter acacia barrels with natural yeasts. Hints of lime and pear, aromas of some white flowers, mixed with a hint of minerality. The flavor is of ripe apple and white flowers with a hint of residual sugar and acidity that makes it balanced, elegant, and refined. The minerality lingers on the finish.
