Description

Still white wine Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT, 12.5% ABV, produced by Cantina Tramin. Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc, 2024 vintage. A wine made by Cantina Tramin, the home of Gewürztraminer, founded in 1898 to ensure a future for mountain winemakers. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully vinified without malolactic fermentation. Aromas of white flowers and apple. Straw yellow. Well-balanced, with a crisp, aromatic finish.

In a time of hardship for Alto Adige’s wine producers, Christian Schrott, parish priest of Tramin and later Member of the Austrian Parliament, founded our cooperative in 1898 in order to protect the livelihood and future of the wine producers from this mountain area. Thanks to the strength of this union, Cantina Tramin has become one of Alto Adige’s most respected cooperatives and an example recognized all over the world.
