Description
Alto Adige DOC, still white wine, 13% ABV, produced by Tiefenbrunner. 100% Chardonnay, 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Chardonnay that expresses the elegance and minerality of the Alto Adige terroir, with a vinification process that enhances its varietal characteristics. Fermentation at a controlled temperature (20°C) for 10 days in concrete barrels. The blend then ages on the lees for four months until bottling. Typical aromas of the grape variety and notes of wildflowers that fade into exotic fruit. Bright pale yellow with greenish reflections. Slightly savory and well-structured, it offers a full-bodied palate and a lingering finish.
